  • Longer appointments. Specialized training in reproductive and integrative psychiatry. Treatment built around what you need, whether that’s medication, nutrition, supplementation, labwork, or some combination, not a one-size-fits-all plan.

  • Visits are conducted via telehealth or at the office in Hawaii Kai.

  • I specialize in reproductive psychiatry, including premenstrual mood disorders, perinatal mental health, pregnancy loss, infertility, and perimenopause.

  • Grounded Mental Health is an outpatient level of care. If you are experiencing a psychiatric emergency, please call 911, text/call 988, or go to your nearest emergency room.

  • My practice focuses on women and LGBTQ+ folks navigating reproductive transitions.

  • You don’t need to feel certain about medication to reach out. We’ll talk through all your options together, and build a treatment plan that reflects what you’re comfortable with.

  • Yes! I coordinate directly with your existing providers so your care stays connected rather than fragmented across appointments. However, this is optional and not required.
